About a month ago, I decided to try a new activity alongside my passion for science and technology. I have always felt a strong connection to nature and find relief in the great outdoors, especially on weekends. One of my favorite weekend activities is going for long rides; the longer the ride, the happier I feel, even though I usually end up feeling fatigued afterward.

So, what is this new activity? I’ve started capturing everything I see during my rides with an action camera, creating video clips that I upload to YouTube. I created a new channel called “Eclipse Valley” to express my enthusiasm for both the Earth and the sky. I love showcasing the stunning scenery, whether it’s nature illuminated by sunlight or stars twinkling in the night sky.

Contrary to my initial thoughts, this venture is far from simple; it requires hours of editing the video clips, from finding the right soundtrack to trimming, merging, and fine-tuning the footage. And that’s just the beginning. Promoting my channel has proven to be quite challenging, especially given the vast amount of content available on YouTube. I believe that promoting a channel can feel like a lottery; you need a bit of luck to stand out in the sea of content.

Despite these challenges, I truly enjoy working on this personal project. I am currently learning how to edit video clips, and creating something of my own brings me great joy. I often think that by making these videos, I’m leaving a little piece of myself for the future.

So far, I’ve focused on capturing footage while riding my bike, but my plans extend beyond that. I intend to document experiences that bring me joy, including hiking, climbing adventures, camping trips, road trips, and even stargazing.

I would greatly appreciate it if you joined my channel to enjoy clips from my perspective. Here is the link to my YouTube channel. If you like it, feel free to share it with anyone who enjoys exploring.
